Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Points Rewards Program ("the Program") offered by KYEX LABS PTE LTD ("the Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Enrollment

Enrollment in the Program is automatic for eligible users. Users may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information to participate in the Program.

2.⁠ ⁠Earning Points

Points may be earned through various actions, including but not limited to quests, referrals, social media engagement, and participation in promotional activities. The number of points awarded for each action may vary and will be determined by the Company. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

3.⁠ ⁠Redemption

Points may be redeemed for rewards to be announced in the future and their utility as the Program's reward. Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired rewards.

4⁠ ⁠Disqualification

The Company reserves the right to disqualify a participant's account from the Program and revoke any accumulated points if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

5.⁠ ⁠Privacy

By participating in the Program, you consent to the terms of the Company's Privacy Policy.

6.⁠ ⁠Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Program.

8. Acknowledgement

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
